I found LL on top of the tv cabinet turning on the telly this afternoon. He'd succeeded too the little.............
He wasn't too impressed at the dressing down he received. Dunno if he'll be doing that again in a hurry!

Getting all techno
I'm just trying out a freebie app that let's me blog from my iPhone. It is seriously amazing what you can do with a mobile phone nowadays! I remember when I was dubious about even getting a mobile, flipping eck I remember having to go to thx library and scan through microfisches if I wanted to find something archived. I didn't think I would be of a 'when I were a lad' generation but there's no doubt our boys won't believe how we managed to get through a day without information at our fingertips. I suppose it's a sad sign of the times when our local library closes at the end of the month!
Anyways if this works it means hopefully I can pop my thoughts down more frequently. No pics yet though, l'll have to head to the pc for that!
Today has been pretty productive, I started off organised enough to take one of BB's little friends to nursery, then LL and I had some QT and I managed to decorate a couple of tees for their friends birthday tomorrow, I hung a picture- more on that later, a bigger job than it sounds! And even managed two hours of cutting in painting before sitting down with a cuppa tonight. BB had another 'accident' which is soooooooo frustrating. He's not even phased by the lack of bedtime stories. What can I try?
Ah well, after all this typing I hope this works!!!

Nothing in particular.
I've been thinking about something specific to blog about tonight - but nothing pops to the forefront of my mind...
It is somewhat a rather long time since I've sat in front of the pc and dedicated some time to the blog - but to be honest everything else just seems to have gotten in the way - and yet I can't think of anything that's been achieved over the past few weeks!
Many classic lines from BB have been missed, as will have many antics from LL. BB has been having one too many 'accidents' in the toilet department - the most frustrating thing about it is that he usually has them stood in front of the loo! Our toilet floors have never been so clean (or the washing machine been on so frequently!)
The playroom is still in disarray so the nice sparkly new pc has been living on the diningroom floor. I think this may be another reason for the lack of updates and pics. My editing software is now only on our personal pc (I had to wipe everything off of the work laptop after a virus took hold) so all pictures are still on the memory cards and haven't seen the lightroom of photoshop yet (excuse the play on words - photo geeks out there will get that one!)
We had a pretty productive trip to a very famous swedish shop at the weekend. I spent my evenings last week trying to design a kind of built in storage system for the playroom so that we can get some kind of order back in the house - with respect to finally finding somewhere to put all of our cd's, dvd's and photos etc which have been living in boxes since we moved in (over two years ago!) and somewhere for the boys to tidy their toys away to so we don't run such a high risk of breaking a leg as we carry on about our daily tasks!
LL has changed his babbling from plain coo's to something which actually resemble words. No actual words as of yet - but definitely a change in his formation of sounds! Oh and he presented us with a couple of impressive projectile vomits mid week, but he was back to his old self again within 24 hours.
BFS heads back to work tomorrow - boohoo.
Let's see if I can start some blog action and keep him up to date with our days.....

...but my willy's empty mummy!
I asked BB to go to the loo before bed for a wee wee. He informed me that he'd gone whilst I was bathing LL. I asked him to go again and try and have a teeny tiny wee and that was his response!
Don't you just love how simplistic children can be! I spend most of my days answering the (literally) never ending why? question - but even curious minds which could tell you all about photosynthesis can simplify the act of going to the toilet in an amazing manner!
I've been very busy over the past few weeks with work and other things. I however now have a new pc with a mountain of photo software and a monitor calibrator to play with. Once I get my head around them I'll hopefully start posting some pics again.
